4 Ways to Stay at the Top of Your Customers Mind – DO ONE TODAY

  1. Send them a handwritten thank you note with a little present – it doesn’t have to be big
  2. Think of someone who would be a good client for them.  Warm up your referral by giving them a phone call, then tell your client “Suzy” from “Kitchen Supplies” is interested in your services & would love a follow-up.
  3. Send them & their team morning tea - be that supplier the team loves!
  4. Send them a piece of news that is relevant to their industry

Whatever you do, DON’T SELL TO THEM while you do ANY of these things.  Seriously.  Don’t be that guy.  Be the supplier with no agenda – that they know of…..MUAHHAHAHAHAA.  (<--- evil laughter)
