what are your people really buying?

People don’t just buy what you sell.

They buy who you are.

They buy who you aren't.

They buy what you stand for. 

They buy why you stand for it.

They buy your intentions.

They buy the experience of working with you.

They buy into your humble beginnings.

So, are people aware of what you’ve invested emotionally?

Are you portraying your intentions?

Are your values on display? 

Are people seeing the real you?  Or a mannequin display?



Think about the favourite people you work with and who you’re friends with.  Do you buy into who they are?
